Scaleway says the Dedibox console and API are back online and fully operational after emergency maintenance for the PHP2Shell vulnerability (CVE-2026-109618/109619). Security patches have been applied, and the incident was closed at about 15:22 Beijing time on October 22. The console had been in maintenance mode since the evening of October 21; hosted Dedibox servers were not affected. On the web hosting side, Scaleway and Online.net cPanel servers and Scaleway Plesk have been updated and are back online, while classic shared hosting is still under maintenance.

netcup has restored access to its Web Hosting Control Panel (WCP), the last system still offline after the critical PHP vulnerabilities CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619. Plesk released an updated version, which netcup rolled out to all systems and validated before reopening the panel at about 10:09 Beijing time on October 22. All web hosting packages, including reseller accounts, and all managed servers had already been patched and brought back online earlier, and netcup has marked the incident as resolved. VPS and root server customers who run PHP themselves still need to apply the security update on their own systems.

Dedicated servers that use SynergyCP are temporarily accessible only through the billing portal. All PHP versions on its cPanel web hosting servers have also been updated to patch both CVEs disclosed on October 21, with no customer action required.

netcup says all systems it took offline as a precaution over the critical PHP vulnerabilities CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619 were patched and fully available again as of 11:45 p.m. on October 21 (German time). Customer data remained intact and netcup reports no evidence of exploitation on its systems. Only the Web Hosting Control Panel (WCP) stays offline until Plesk releases a patch; websites and email are not affected. Web hosting and managed server customers need no action. Root Server, VPS and Managed Cloud Cluster users who run PHP themselves should install the security update immediately.
