Frequently Asked Questions

VPSIUM is a one-stop VPS information and filtering platform. The answers below reflect features that are live today. If you still need help, reach us via the contact form or email.

FAQ
Platform Basics

VPSIUM aggregates VPS plans, locations, payment options, and user reviews from many providers, then helps you narrow choices with multi-dimensional filters and ranking data. Purchase buttons open the provider’s site (or a partner link). Orders and support are handled by that provider—not by VPSIUM.

We focus on structured, checkable information:
Plan filtering: combine CPU, RAM, disk, bandwidth, traffic, price, billing cycle, country, payment methods, and more
Provider pages: plans, news, reviews, datacenters, and embeddable widgets in one place
Rankings: based on on-site metrics such as review volume, clicks, and listing time—we do not sell ranking positions

Yes. Browsing plans, filtering, viewing providers and rankings, and reading reviews are free. Some interactions (posting reviews, following providers) require sign-in. There is no paid membership tier today.

Simplified Chinese and English. URLs include a language prefix (for example /zh-CN/ and /en/), and you can switch languages on the site.

No. Checkout happens on the provider’s website. VPSIUM does not host your server or charge for the plan. Some outbound links may be affiliate links; you can always buy through another channel if you prefer.
Account & Sign-in

Sign in with Google on the login page. Email/password registration is not available at this time.

After sign-in you can:
• Post or edit reviews on a provider page, reply to others, and like reviews
• Follow providers and manage them under Following
• Change your display name in Settings

Nickname: editable in Settings (must be unique)
Email: bound to your Google account; in-site email changes are not supported yet

Use Sign out while logged in. To fully revoke access, also remove the app from your Google account’s third-party permissions.
Plans & Filtering

Open the Products page and combine filters such as:
Specs: CPU cores, RAM, disk (with unit), bandwidth, traffic
Price & cycle: price range and billing cycle
Location & payment: datacenter country/region and payment methods
Other: specific provider, in-stock only, and more
Results can be sorted by price, CPU, RAM, or disk.

Each plan has its own page with specs, related datacenters, billing/payment notes, a link to the provider, and similar plans matched by configuration. Use Buy to open the provider site when ready.

Plan data is maintained through editorial and collection workflows. The homepage may show recent change logs. If something disagrees with the provider’s site, use Contact and choose Content correction.

Today you can use multi-dimensional filters, product detail pages, and rule-based similar plans. Side-by-side compare, favorites, and personalized recommendations are not live yet—please rely on what you see on the site.
Providers & Datacenters

Open any provider from the directory. Tabs typically include overview, news, plans, reviews, datacenters, and widgets, plus links to the official site when available.

Datacenter pages show locations and may link to the provider’s own test files or related URLs so you can run tests yourself. This is not a one-click VPSIUM speed-test result—latency and throughput still depend on your network.

Some providers offer embeddable SVG widgets for blogs or docs. See the Widget tab on the provider page for available styles and usage.

Yes. Use Contact, choose Listing request, and include the official website plus a short note. Listings are reviewed manually; we do not guarantee timing or acceptance.

Use the official website (and other official channels) shown on the provider page. VPSIUM does not handle provisioning, refunds, or support tickets on their behalf.
Rankings

Current rankings use on-site measurable signals—not paid placement:
Most reviewed providers: by number of reviews
Most clicked providers / products: by outbound click stats
Recently listed products: by listing time
Results are cached for a period before refresh. They are not lab benchmarks or full performance rankings.

We do not sell ranking positions. Order follows the rules above. If you suspect abuse, report it via the contact form and we will review when needed.

The live boards focus on review volume, clicks, and listing time. Richer value-for-money or speed boards need more solid data and are not published as official rankings yet.
Reviews

Sign in with Google, open the provider’s Reviews tab, then:
• Give a 1–5 star rating
• Write your experience (Markdown supported)
A human verification step may be required. Please post honest, relevant feedback—no ads, abuse, or unrelated content.

Yes. You can edit within a limited window after posting (currently 30 days). After that, contact us if a correction is needed.

Yes. Signed-in users can reply (threaded discussion) and like reviews to add detail or show agreement.

We aim to keep reviews useful and authentic. Report spam, attacks, or policy violations via Contact; we may take manual action when needed. There is no separate community forum or points-redemption system today.
Business

Use Contact and choose Advertising, or email [email protected] with your proposal and contact details. We evaluate fit against user experience and data integrity.

Any advertising will be clearly labeled and must not pose as organic rankings. Filters and current ranking boards follow fixed rules. We do not swap commercial deals for fabricated plan data.

Not as standard products today. For special data collaboration, contact us with your use case—we only discuss case by case and make no guarantee of a packaged offering.
Help & Feedback

Prefer the on-site Contact form (general inquiry, content correction, technical support, advertising, listing request, and more). We aim to reply within 24 hours. You can also email [email protected].

Use Contact and choose Content correction or Technical support. Include the page URL, what went wrong, screenshots if possible, and your browser version. We prioritize issues that affect browsing accuracy.

If you share budget, region, and use case in a message, we may offer directional suggestions. Final specs, stock, and support still depend on the provider. The fastest path is usually filtering on the Products page yourself.

No public read API for end users is available yet. Please use the website to browse and filter data.
