AkileCloud Schedules US Core Router Cutover and Singapore Switch Upgrade, Brief Network Interruptions Expected

AkileCloud announced two planned network maintenance windows. US nodes, including the LAX Hyper product: core router hardware replacement and cutover from 03:00 to 05:00 Beijing time on October 22. All BGP sessions and uplinks will be fully disconnected, with a complete outage of about 15 minutes, followed by brief latency fluctuations while BGP reconverges. Singapore nodes (all Singapore customers): switch software upgrade from 01:00 to 03:00 Beijing time on October 22, with about 30 minutes of impact that may include brief interruptions, session resets or jitter. Customers whose services are still down after the windows end should contact support.
AkileCloud molu2 Node Physical Damage — Rebuild Underway, Data Lost

AkileCloud reports that the molu2 node suffered physical damage. A replacement machine is being rebuilt; data on the affected node has been lost. A 7-day service credit has been issued, and the IP address is unchanged. The rebuild was still in progress when this notice was posted.
