Support allegedly replied with Los Angeles migration alert templates, suggested a full rebuild instead of backend recovery, and took up to 18 hours per response. The user is requesting hypervisor-level intervention to recover data without wiping the disk.

CloudCone Announces IPv4 Address Change for Los Angeles Servers

CloudCone has sent a notification to users in its Los Angeles datacenters regarding a required IPv4 address migration. Customers can either automatically configure the new IP through the control panel or manually update their server settings. Both old and new IPv4 addresses will temporarily work at the same time, but the old IP will be removed 48 hours after the migration is confirmed. Users may also need to update DNS records, websites, SSH access, and other services relying on the previous IP address.
