CloudCone Announces IPv4 Address Change for Los Angeles Servers

CloudCone has sent a notification to users in its Los Angeles datacenters regarding a required IPv4 address migration. Customers can either automatically configure the new IP through the control panel or manually update their server settings. Both old and new IPv4 addresses will temporarily work at the same time, but the old IP will be removed 48 hours after the migration is confirmed. Users may also need to update DNS records, websites, SSH access, and other services relying on the previous IP address.

Sservers are experiencing widespread outages.

Starting at 6:00 AM, all machines in the Los Angeles area went offline, and users were unable to access the service control panel on the CC website. Many users began to worry whether their data would ultimately be recoverable. CloudCone has not yet released an official statement.
