DMIT Offers Free Bandwidth Resets Amid Suspended IP Swaps and Stock Shortages

DMIT announced that from now until the end of 2026, it is offering up to two free bandwidth resets (recovering 20% of the base data each time) for all active services, which users can perform themselves via the control panel. This policy is likely compensation for suspending all IP address replacement requests since June 3rd; currently, DMIT's Los Angeles and Tokyo data centers are out of stock, leaving only Hong Kong Premium CN2GIA virtual machines available.

An IPv4 acquisition is underway; new IPs will be deployed instantly upon transfer, bypassing the usual warming period (expect temporary routing/geo-location issues). Infrastructure updates: LAX hardware has arrived but awaits rack/power setup and storage expansion (large instances remain paused); HKG hardware is currently being assembled; TYO is ready. Sales will resume as soon as IPs and hardware are localized.
