OVHcloud reported that Object Storage S3 in the EU-WEST-PAR region returned 503/500 errors and elevated latency from 09:24 to 09:56 UTC on October 7 (17:24–17:56 Beijing time). Customers temporarily had trouble accessing buckets and objects. The cause was a related dedicated-server incident triggered by a cooling system issue. The incident is resolved.
OVHcloud EU and CA Object Storage S3 Disruption Resolved

OVHcloud Object Storage S3 in its EU and CA regions returned 503/500 errors when accessing buckets and objects from 20:36 to 21:41 (Beijing time) on October 7. The outage was caused by an unexpected underlying infrastructure malfunction. It also knocked on to Managed Kubernetes Service and Managed Private Registry from 21:00: customers could not create or update clusters or add nodes, and could not push or pull private registry images in GRA7, GRA9, BHS5 and EU-WEST-PAR, though existing clusters and workloads kept running. Running compute instances and volumes were not affected. All services were fully restored at 21:41.

OVHcloud reported an Object Storage S3 incident in the GRA region beginning 2026-10-03 02:00 UTC. Customers may have seen 500/503 errors when handling objects (especially deletions). Root cause was a hardware issue involving loss/instability of two servers. Service was fully restored at 04:27 UTC; the status page moved to Monitoring at 04:47 UTC.
