Hetzner Resolves New-Account Cloud Server Create Issue (Primary IP Limits)

Hetzner reports the Primary IP limit issue for newly created accounts is fixed. New accounts now receive correct default Primary IP limits, previously affected accounts were corrected, and creating Cloud Servers with Primary IPs works again. Incident started about 13:30 UTC on 2026-09-22 and was marked resolved around 09:16–09:20 UTC on 2026-09-23.

Hetzner is investigating a platform issue where newly registered accounts receive a Primary IP limit of 0, which blocks Cloud Server creation. A temporary mitigation was applied around 17:04 UTC on 2026-09-22. At scan time the incident remained in progress / investigating.
